What They Do: This real time networking and supply resource connects families with immediate needs to people who are willing to meet those needs. Every need is overseen by and networked through a local church to ensure meaningful connections.
What We Do:
People who are signed up will be sent active needs in our area via the Care Portal. They have the ability to just pass on a particular request or declare how much of the need they are able/willing to meet. Life Groups will be the delivery partners to insure a connection with the Church is made. Common needs are; beds for kids to sleep on, school supplies, refrigerators (this helps prevent food insecurity), and help with bills.
