Father's Day Card Photo Submissions

Submission Guidelines:

Winners from each age division will receive dinner for four delivered Sunday, June 21st.
All submissions must be completed by Wednesday, June 17th, by 5:00pm.
All card submissions must be in png/jpeg format
Photo submissions must only include photo of Fathers Day Card, and no faces must be seen.
